RSN Grey Areas | Luke Thompson debut

Grey Areas had a bit of a shake up today while the great man George Farrugia took a well deserved break – well as much as he could.

Luke Thompon had big shoes to fill, but boy wasn’t he a great addition to Grey Areas today.

Jason and Luke had plenty of greyhound ground to cover, but first of all – dart chat. Jason also put Luke through his paces with some personal questions to kick start the show.

Highlight for me was Sir John Henry’s shock when he heard how talented Luke is with a golf club.

George Farrugia couldn’t let the Grey Areas family down; he phoned in from a remote part of the Hume freeway with the Meadows selections and Obscure Outlay.

Tune in for a cracking show!

George’s set at The Meadows:

Race 6, Where’s Poppy (5)
“Gone up against the likes of Lakeview Emily, Mepunga Tully, Hector Fawley… She is stepping up over 600 metres. Does show early speed.”

Race 12, Judgemental (2)
“Has been mixing form but maps well.”

*Selections on the table before markets published

George’s Obscure Outlay:

Three leg multi | Adelaide – Fremantle – St Kilda at the line minus 28.5. Shopping at $2.65 mark.

Luke’s Obscure Outlay:

Rory McIIroy to win the Masters.

“He is currently the best player in the world and has won twice recently. He is looking to complete the career major grand slam in golf – winning all four major championship events of golf across a career.”
