RSN Grey Areas | Guns out of retirement, George goes dress shopping & Jase the tipping king

RSN Grey Areas, the show to watch or listen to for all your sport, racing, fashion and grass requirements.

Jason and George cover some big resurrections this week in greyhound racing with Explicit (Thursday) and Hector Fawley (Saturday night) making returns.

Launching Pad chat has begun with the scratching of the talented Tribeca from Thursday’s Qualifer at Sandown Park.

George is on the search for a bridesmaid dress because he keeps getting beaten in group finals – poor George having a dog in group races! The said group race was the Galaxy in Perth which was taken out by fellow Victorian Ethanol Water. In an unstoppable night for Victoria, Deadly Avenger for Team Borg claimed the Group 1 Perth Cup.

Jason provides an injury update on Mepunga Tully who was a late scratching from the Perth Cup.

All that and more in today’s episode of Grey Areas on RSN.

George’s set at Sandown:

Race 9, Queen Avenger (2)
“She has really, really good speed. Her three consecutive wins at The Meadows came in good time and she has a slow beginner on her inside.”

Race 10, Shima Sand (1)
“Drawn well and I think he finds his race.”
