George’s solo trial in RSN Grey Areas

As soon as Syndey won last week, Jason Adams opened up as $1.01 chance to miss todays show….

Rest assured, George proved he goes in a field and on his own.

George spoke to Harley Whelan about Lakeview Emily heading into her run at The Meadows and the upcoming Dream Chasers series and talks through the Victorian’s domination of the South Australian Match Races.

Hear RSN’s Grey Areas every Wednesday and Friday from midday – for a laugh, opinions, latest news and tips

George’s set at The Meadows:

Race 4, Aston Record (3)
“All his form has been provincially over shorter distances. There is a little bit of a risk on whether he can run out the 525m but he’s got really good speed and I think he can lead the race.”

Race 8, Smooth Plane (6)
“We have spoken about this greyhound on a number of occasions. The vacant box on his inside helps here and he has a bit of speed drawn on his outside. He has a terrific record at The Meadows.”

Race 10, Zipping Whincup (1)
“A couple of starts ago he was beaten in good time at The Meadows and showed good speed that day. From box one should hold a really forward position and be hard to run down.”

Also of note…

Race 9
Lakeview Emily’s (4) run at Sandown on Monday was as good as they go. The Whelan Family would love for her to hit a purple patch of form heading into the Dream Chasers Festival come November.
