GRV is aware of several reports of automated emails being blocked by Telstra BigPond.
Despite efforts, this is beyond the control of GRV.
In addition, there are reports of BigPond not being available in the future.
Telstra BigPond have set up an easy way to move your account from BigPond to Microsoft.
If you choose to switch to Microsoft 365, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Telstra website and sign in to your BigPond account.
- Click on the “Email” tab.
- Click on the “Switch to Microsoft 365” button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your Microsoft 365 account.
