Cats & Fastnet at ‘full mast’?

Cats’ fans could be ‘sailing away’ with tomorrow night’s AFL/Greys offer from TAB.

The betting giant’s $4.00 proposition is Geelong to defeat the Sydney Swans at the SCG and rising star Aston Fastnet to be at ‘full mast’ at The Meadows.

The Cats – who gave the Eagles a 97pts licking last week – are 4th on the AFL ladder with four wins from six games, while the Swans – who were eclipsed by 40pts to the Suns – are 5th, also with four wins.

Meanwhile, the Jason Thompson-trained Aston Fastnet is TAB’s $2.30 favourite, ahead of Invictus Rising at $2.60, in a Super VicGreys Grade 5 heat (525m).

Aston Fastnet, runner-up in a Launching Pad Consolation, has won four races from only 10 starts – including a flying 29.11sec (Best) win at Sandown Park on March 11.

The Round 7 encounter between the Sydney Swans v Geelong Cats at the SCG starts at 7.25pm, while Aston Fastnet is in Race 5 Box 7 at 8.08pm.

WATCH: Rising star Aston Fastnet (8) is at ‘full mast’, scoring by 7.7L and ‘sailing’ to a sizzling 29.11sec (Best) at Sandown Park on March 11.
