They say, “fortune favours the brave”.
And, in that regard, The Watchdog has made a bold prediction on a G2 Warrnambool Cup heat (450m).
He’s selected potential star Kaheem Bale, who has won eight races from only 13 starts (including five of his past six), to defeat ‘ultimate professional’ and 10-time G1 finalist Tiggerlong Tonk, who recently won the G1 Perth Cup.
“He owns a blistering 24.84sec PB here but is coming off a tough preparation and will need to be at the top of his game,” The Watchdog said of the ‘Tonk’.
And, as for ‘Kaheem’, he added: “Being a wide runner, he’s suitably drawn and is armed with scorching pace once balanced.”
The expert form analyst also rates Soda Prince, who has won four of his past six, worthy of mention.
“He blew up the clock at Sale last time out and has the speed to cross and lead.”
Meanwhile, The Watchdog has ridden the ‘racing rollercoaster’ lately but was on an upward spiral with a 115% profit yesterday.
