Lang Lang President John Clay was awarded the prestigious Noel Banks Medal while Gotham Queen (pictured above) was the Coursing Female of the Year for the third straight season at last night’s National Coursing Association Awards at Sandown Park.
A greyhound trainer and long-time courser, Clay was chuffed at receiving the award, particularly as he knew the late Noel Banks, who was coursing royalty and is a member of GRV’s Hall of Fame.
