Comment: Champion NSW sprinter lining up for his seventh Group race appearance, having won this year’s Group 1 Vic Peters Classic (520m) and finishing runner-up in this year’s Group 1 National Derby (520m) – both at Wentworth Park. And he relishes box one! His litter brother, Good Odds Buddy, is a reserve for the final.

Record: 8 starts: 5-1-1
Prize money: $15,370
Record from Box 2: 0 starts 0-0-0
Comment: New star on the horizon, with five wins from only eight starts. Has been setting provincial tracks alight, and displayed his huge potential with an ultra-impressive Maturity Classic heat victory. Like Western Envoy, he is sired by Kinloch Brae.

Comment: Finished fourth to Feral Franky in this year’s Group 1 Vic Peters Classic (520m) at Wentworth Park. Prepared by Angela Langton, whose partner, Jeffrey Britton, trained 2014 and 2017 Maturity Classic winners Mepunga Hayley and Mepunga Blazer respectively.

Record from Box 5: 0 starts 0-0-0
Comment: Won this year’s Group 2 Launching Pad (515m) at Sandown Park. A model of consistency who has only been unplaced once in 15 starts. However, an unknown quantity from the ‘yellow’ trap. Along with Sennachie, she gives Buln Buln East trainer Steven White a two-pronged attack in the final.

Record: 16 starts; 7-1-4

Comment: Boasts a 50% winning strike rate (22 starts – 11 wins) and contested this year’s Group 2 Warrnambool Cup (450m). Earlier in his career, he hit a purple patch with six successive wins. A live chance if he obtains a start in the final. Like Jebrynah, he is also sired by 2015 Maturity Classic winner Fernando Bale.

Breeding: April 2017 Collision x Solar Pak
