Corio greyhound Shot To Bits has been voted September’s people choice for Greyhound Of The Month!
Trainer Paul Ryder was thrilled when he heard news of the victory, in which Shot To Bits, winner of the Group 3 Topcat Video Cup in September, had around 80 per cent of votes.
“Having a greyhound like him is the biggest buzz I could ever imagine,” Ryder said.
“I’ve only been training for 12 months and he’s the only dog I’ve ever trained, so it has been an amazing ride, and it’s nice to know that he’s popular among the people.”
Shot To Bits is now be eligible for 2014’s Most Popular Greyhound competition.
GRV would like to congratulate Rhonda Gregory, Danielle Pratt, Despina Palermo, Leah O’Donnell and Madi Gregory who have been selected as random prize winners of Hoyts double pass movie vouchers just for voting.
