Fernando Bale is RSN’s People’s Choice Greyhound of the Month for August after collecting 50 per cent of votes.

This is the third straight month, and the fourth time this year, that the Andrea Dailly-trained sprinter has been voted Greyhound of the Month.

GOTM contenders are restricted to Victorian-trained greyhounds that win group races, with voting taking place via GRV’s Facebook page.

By virtue of winning the Group 1 National Sprint Championship in Sydney, Fernando Bale was pitted against Blazin’ Bomber and Superfonic, who won the Group 3 Cranbourne Puppy Classic and the Group 3 Darwin Cup respectively in August.

Other winners in 2015 have been Luca Neveelk (January), My Bro Fabio (February), Space Star (March) & Sweet It Is (May), all of whom are in the running to win the 2015 Most Popular Greyhound.
